InCred Capital Wealth Portfolio Managers Private Limited (ICWPMPL) formerly known as BSH Corporate Advisors and Consultants Private Limited was incorporated on February 13, 2018 under the provision of Companies Act, 2013. The registered office of the Company is situated in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
ICWPMPL is wholly subsidiary of InCred Capital Inclusion Advisory Services Private Limited part of the diversified InCred Group promoted by Mr. Bhupinder Singh. InCred Group is a diversified financial conglomerate having business interests in Non Banking Financial Company, Technology companies in the BFSI segment, Asset Management, Alternate Investment Funds, Investment Banking, Debt Market, Investment Advisory and Distribution of Financial Products etc.
ICWPMPL is a SEBI Registered Stock-Broker and a “Trading cum Self Clearing Member” of NSE & BSE in the Capital Market, Futures & Options and Debt Segments. It mainly caters to the Institutional Investors both domestic and FPI’s and on the retail side caters mainly to HNI & Ultra HNI, Corporates and Family Offices. It is also a registered with SEBI as a Portfolio Manager offering discretionary and non-discretionary portfolio management services. It is also registered with SEBI as an Investment Advisors providing advisory service across asset classes with a team of highly qualified and experience industry veterans as Investment Advisors.

No worries for refund as the money remains in investor's account.
